The Borgobrufa SPA Resort stands on top of a promontory overlooking a large valley near Perugia. From this privileged position it is possible to have a look at some of the most famous places of interest in Umbria and visit cities of art such as Assisi, Spello, Foligno and Spoleto. Born as a farm of over 12 hectares, consisting of 4 main farmhouses, the Borgobrufa SPA Resort in 1997 underwent major renovations that led to the creation of 14 rooms, a restaurant, a reception area and a swimming pool in 2002. In 2006, the works continued with the renovation of the 1700s Villa Nobile and the creation of an additional 28 rooms, new restaurant rooms, conference rooms and one of the first wellness centers in the region which in 2011 became the largest SPA in all of Umbria. All immersed in a natural setting of rare beauty among hills planted with olive trees and vines.

The Imperial Emotion Suite & SPA is the new suite that extends over a total area of 460 square meters. 200 square meters house two double bedrooms, heated indoor swimming pool with hydromassage bench, sauna and Turkish bath; 40 square meters are dedicated instead to the patio with hydromassage pool. Finally, the guests of the suite have 220 square meters of private garden at their disposal. A world apart, made of luxury, charm and total privacy for the couple, up to a maximum of 4 people.
